Organic. Grass-fed. Free to roam and forage. Grown to the highest of animal welfare standards. That's how we like our meat. We wouldn't want it any other way. It's better for us, the animals, and the environment. We're of the mind, when it comes to meat, it should be about quality not quantity, and with meat this brilliant, quality is just what you'll get. |

Award-winning chicken
Our organic chicken comes by way of Chris Labdon's farm in Devonshire. He gives his chickens time; to forage, to eat, to sleep, and most importantly to grow. That's why we've won the Good Chicken Award from Compassion in World Farming this year.

Beef that's brilliant
The vast Devonshire grasslands are home to Aberdeen Angus, Hereford, and South Devon cattle, special and traditional breeds all with fine heritage. The beef is hung at Eversfield and The Well Hung Meat Co. for a minimum of 21 days, giving it a richness and tender texture, and it's then prepared by the hands of their expert butchers.

Highest quality pork
Daylesford and Eversfield take pride in producing pork to the highest standards of welfare. They're organic through and through. Their pork comes from pigs that have all the time in the world to wallow in luxurious mud baths, and come sundown, they have soft straw bedding for the night.

Lamb to love
Like our beef, our organic lamb and mutton calls the picturesque landscape of Devon home, where they roam free to eat clover-rich grass all day long. The Well Hung Meat Co. and Eversfield believe giving the lamb and mutton time to mature is all-important, and it's what sets it apart from the rest.
Baa-eautiful lamb
